Yorkville Chiropractic and Wellness Centre Invites You to Back School

You are the most important part to your pain management with Toronto chiropractic care.

The central theme of Back School is that we limit back pain, not necessarily cure it. Acknowledgement of the fact that, you have a transitional segment that puts your spine at risk for instability and limits the stress it can take, goes far in building confidence knowing that you can control its pain and take back your quality of life again. Yorkville Chiropractic and Wellness Centre puts high priority on improving your quality of life.

Back School helps you and those close to you identify with your spinal pain condition(s) and what it takes to limit your pain. Observing a loved one suffer leaves us feeling helpless. Finding out what is wrong and what can be done in office at Yorkville Chiropractic and Wellness Centre as well as at home which gives everyone an opportunity to help.

Back School talks about spine pain symptoms, relates that spine pain is not a solitary experience, gives examples for proper movements for daily living, and gets all of us on the same page to help the back pain sufferer.

The Yorkville Chiropractic and Wellness Centre presentation of Back School highlights that back pain control, not cure is often the goal. It's a realistic goal for our Toronto chiropractic patients and their families and loved ones.

It was interesting to find out that 95% of 61 patients who attended a back school felt it was worth their time to attend. They thought they understood their condition more fully and educated themselves to avoid re-injury. (1)
